As you are reading this page, you have no doubt had time to browse through our past projects, as well as images of our modular and bespoke counter options available to you.  But what to do now?  Well, please feel free to contact us by clicking on our ‘contact us’ page and send us a note and we shall come straight back to you.

Most of our standard enquiries come from people asking for a rough cost of the products they see.  Due to the nature of the equipment – the fact a vast majority is bespoke, and that we offer multiple different material finishes for each part of the counters – it is very difficult to give a figure over the telephone without seeing the area the counter will be going into, or knowing what will be required within the counter.  Some units require refrigerated and heated display units, of which we have many, and others require differing worktop material and detail.

Due to this, it can help us if you are able to email us on with a sketch of the counter idea you have.  If you are able to give an idea of what equipment you require within the counter as well as dimensions, we will be able to give you a much closer guide price.

CCI02072012_0000DON’T WORRY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS INFORMATION, we will be able to help and get you started.  We have shown to the left an image of a standard sketch, which actually shows a great deal of information that we were able to quote from.

As you will notice, there are dimensions shown as well as ideas of what the client requires within the counter.

Following this sketch, we give a guide price to our customers and subject to this price falling within budget, we arrange a site survey to meet the customer and take dimensions on site.  We take this opportunity to discuss every last detail of the counter with the customer, including worktop finishes, design detail, and fascia materials and colours.


From this site meeting we are able to put together a design for our clients.  This design usually shows a layout plan of the counter, as well as front and rear elevations of the counter so as they can see the space available for under counter equipment.  We also do our best to show clients a 3D isometric drawing of their counter so as they have an idea of what the final product will look like.  The example drawing following the above sketch has been shown below.









Along with these designs, we supply a full written quotation which includes as much detail about the counter as we can possibly fit in.  We also break down a delivery and installation cost so as there are no hidden fees to shock our clients.

As you would expect, we offer all ancillary equipment such as coffee machines, under counter bottle coolers and storage fridges within our packages if required.  Take a look at our online store now to see our full range of equipment.


Once the price and designs have been accepted, we manufacture the counters (bespoke) or import (modular designs) to specification.  Lead time can vary however we are pleased to say our recent projects have all been manufactured within a 4 week lead time from order confirmation.  A very competitive lead time within the industry.










As you would expect and I am sure can understand, a deposit is required at time of order.


During manufacture of the counter, we arrange a delivery and installation time to suit our customers.  Installation can take anywhere from half a day, to 3 full days on site, depending on the size of the project.  Of course, this will be discussed at quotation stage.  Once the counter is installed we complete a full snag of the project, to ensure all areas have been covered and are to our customers, and our own, high standards.

All projects are managed throughout by a designated sales manager, and they will our clients point of call whenever they are required.  Sometimes projects can require several visits to site for measurements to ensure the counter is a perfect fit between walls, around columns, and leaves enough seating space for customers.
